All and any of the above....if one is impulsive by nature,
trading and the "action" will lead to irrational trades,
which is a sure way to the poor house. Stress, Job, etc.
can also lead to bad trades =/==/= been there-done that!

You *must* play by your own rules, ie: if you are not a trader,
but like a stock for the long haul, don't try to be too clever.
Hold it! If trading comes naturally, or you learn it well enough
to be 1/2 as good as Mark, you can work and trade well enough
to make a good living. Trading, imo, brings out the best/worst
traits and if you don't know the game, you are sure to lose.

House always wins unless you know the game better and
have control of your emotions. Discipline is critical.
