nothing really,if this deal was imminent.. in fact,i am very big on knowing what is coming down the tunnel on reverse mergers.. but, first that situation would be a good 60 days away at the earliest if they were even in a position to make a deal.. second- they throw the 2 million dollar out like pace will be buying another company..no,that is not the future for PCES ...he would like to sell it,but who wouldnt,that is why i mention the only posssibility for pces will hopefully be a reverse merger deal one day.. the 2 million dollars,gets lots of laughs about money sitting in escrow for a purchase...sort of gone...
