I have to say yes and no. Yes in the fact he sold suits and in those days a lot of guys wore suits. But everyone who wore a suit was or did business with a Mason. They could have run him out of business. It wouldn't have been the first time.

On the other hand he was wrong. I was stopped in the road with my turn signal on and got rear ended by a drunk who ran a red light. I had $400 damage to my car I had to pay since I didn't call the police. This was in the days I was making 75 cents an hour. He decided not to pay because he was drunk at the time.

Financially he was right, morally he was dead wrong. If I ever get crossed by a Mason again I'll shoot first and ask later. Being pressured at a young age leaves a deep hole that doesn't get filled very fast.
