I heard that the conference call will tomorrow @ 10Am and available at noon 703-925-2533 Code Number 6173003. Rumor summary seems positive, and perhaps, NCSS is a better play than OCR. OCR is a big tanker while NSCC just has to maintain their numbers and growth rate. Thus, there may be no need for greater efficiencies, if this plays out thus, then NSCC was a nice sector play for me.
