I happened to be looking for a website for The Kenora Enterprise (article on HLM in Sunday's edition) - no such luck, but I came across the OGS site and decided to have a look around. Some may find this interesting:

Mining Lands - Mining Claims Client Report
Red Lake - Division 20
CLIENT: 303602 - EMERALD FIELDS RESOURCE CORPORATION
Pakeagama Lake Claims

mndm.gov.on.ca

- Scroll down, indicate [Yes}
- Choose [Client Reports]
- Choose [Red Lake Division] on the map
- Scroll down company list to [Emerald Fields Resource Corporation]
- Hit [Start Search]

I believe its Emerald Field Resources (a private company) that also has a competing petalite (Li20) deposit comparable to Avalon's Big Whopper. I guess they too are in search of Tantalum and Cesium, as evidenced by the staking of claims around HLM's Pakeagama Lake property - and with good reason, I might add.

It will be interesting to see what Dr. Breaks and Dr. Tindle report back from their field work. I guess the wajax washing, channel sampling, etc. will shed additional light on the size of the surface exposure and Ta/Cs grades encountered.

I'll post some highlights from the Kenora Enterprise article once I get a hard copy.
