I think you are way overvaluing the assets of FSII's troubled business components. These are in trouble and are not competing well and so they need to be discounted heavily to be attractive. Also, you are not netting out FSII's debt against its cash position, which by the way, has a priority interest ahead of the common shareholders. My guesstimate is that FSII is worth around $5/share given the propensity of these types of companies to burn all of their cash before throwing in the towel.
