When you can't respond to the fact that the SBTK case is nothing like the Lexecon case, you resort to diversionary tactics, like kicking Milberg. I never defended Milberg's actions in either case, I just pointed out that SBTK isn't likely to prevail in a lawsuit against Milberg similar to the Lexecon case. Lexecon was an expert witness and an auditor, SBTK is a medical instrument company who Milberg alleges defrauded its investors. Apples and oranges. Not going to happen.

And you conveniently forgot to address the fact that Lexecon paid a lot of money to settle the initial case Milberg filed against it. Lexecon was liable for its wrongdoing. OK, maybe there is some similarity, SBTK may also be liable for wrongdoing. We'll see.

Get off the bit about the "group," will ya, it's getting old and making you appear paranoid.
