Tom, Check out the following sites for your IPO, nextwavetel.com [2/7/97 story] celltalk.com celltalk.com It looks like NextWave submited ammendments to its SEC filing at the begining of 2/97, with a new underwriter in the offering. I am guessing the SEC review of the ammendments should be complete sometime in April, what do you think? David
