I hope you are not part of the Pluvia "group", because obviously his/their actions are not shielded under your dubious "lawsuit immunity" theory. BTW, he is the one claiming "group" status, don't blame me for asking about it.

Milberg falsely filed a lawsuit against Lexecon. Their actions in that case cast substantial doubt on the reliability of the charges they have made against SBTK. If they have also trumped up charges against SBTK (and its officers who have been charged with all sorts of bad behavior), I believe they will suffer similar consequences. Except this time, the Pluvia "group" will be chipping in to the settlement kitty.
