Thomas DeSousa,

I am proud of you! When reminded, you provided your negative facts. Which is one of the reasons we do want you here.

I have read them. I assume those who may be sitting on the fence (certainly hope they do not buy FCM or any other stock based solely on information provided on this or any other board) will quite possibly look at your post and decide those facts are quite minimal negatives, indeed. On my decision matrix, your negatives are far, far less than typical of a former BB company which has significantly contributed to developing and leading a new TeleComm industry with massive technological implications to the future of human communications and data sharing.

Since even the AT&T suit proved Franklin is a company lead by an honest individual(s) with ethics and integrity, that negative is a very strong positive. A company with cutting edge technology that other companies can feel confident of when doing business with them. Companies which will undoubtedly pay in the same kind of money that USAT has paid with.

Again, Thomas, thanks for your recent contribution. I believe you may very well have gone further to establish the credibility of FCM than any other nonFCM bull in the last two years. I give 50/50 odds we may soon see you at the next SHM as a FCM Bull!
