Rich,

The last trade probably reflects the price at which it will start trading. This price usually takes into account the exchange rate.
1.48 * 0.62 = 0.92

The MM(s) usually use the exchange rate to put in a fictitious last trade to get an idea of the market.

They will most probably move it a few minutes before trading starts to reflect the demand.
