Although, from the PR, it seems like they are selling it to themselves? <<which convert at a fixed price of $5.55 per share and gives the Company total flexibility to redeem if market price is lower than $5.55.>> Interesting comment, but the logic escapes me. They are so strapped for cash they are forced to do a deal with the floorless bandits, but they are saying, in essence, "don't worry, we can buy out the floorless (at a 10% premium) if we have to." If they needed money so badly they had to go to a floorless to get it, where are they going to get the money to buy it out at a 10% premium?
