Dave, in 5 minutes or less could you itemize an overview of the steps taken during this consolidation ? for example 0 - paper work to notify government regulation agencies 1- tell shareholders 2 - receive lots of 'not nice' private mail with a 'but but but you said...' 3 - vote taken (passed) 4 - cigar smoked back room secret stuff 5 - receive more 'not nice' private mail with a 'but but but you said...' 6 - government agancy say ok to follow thru 7 - prepare news release 8 - release news release and hope those off topic posts end on thread 9 - expected more 'rotten eggs' thru private mail
