I appreciate your words. Thomas deserves our thanks, too. He pulled many more negatives than my list had. As I read them, the thought struck me that if those are the negatives, and the only negatives he could dig up because Thomas is nothing if not diligent and thorough, then all Franklin has to worry about is its market, the technology and the competition.
Thomas has shown that there are no hideous skeletons in the FCM closet (that are public knowledge, at least, and that's all any investor can invest on).
Seth's strategy was brilliant. No tricks, no subterfuge, no guile. Just "in your face" hardball. Seth, you've earned a nearly "drink cost free" time at the next SHM! Thanks.
