Henry, Domaine is a leading venture firm with a focus on lifesciences. They are highly regarded in the business. I hope the market recognizes that the fact that Domaine was willing to get involved is yet another validation of LGND's preeminence in IRs. I believe the financing is a major coup for LGND in an extremely difficult environment for raising capital. Very exciting, IMO. Regards, Walter
