This was not the tempest product specifically to which you referred Gartner Group Market size etc. correct? >> You are right.. the VoIP section is not completed. Gartner was talking about VoIP in general... not the FCM equipment specifically. I will get the exact quote some other time. As I said in my post I was hoping to put in some more work on my list... It is not perfect... but I am damn proud to show those interested in FCM that there are plenty of positives to overcome the negatives that FCM has... making this (IN MY UNTRAINED OPINION) a good company to look into.
