BeWhere, I agree with your arithmetic, subtracting the 9 month results in the last 10Q from the 12 month results in the 10k.

There is one other possibility, though. It could be that the auditor might have not agreed to some of the revenue that was recognized in the earlier Q's. In that case the 4th quarter would be better than what you figured.

I guess we'll find out in about 2 more weeks. Either way, it doesn't look too good for them.
