Possibly market makers trading stock, (maybe accumulating to fill big orders?) Buzz, I wonder if you could ask Lojanda if the company has completed their buyback. I would expect a few months of low volume and drifting prices, but I would wager 1 share of CWEI that the next time 13G's are filed you will find a whole lot of institutional owners back in the game. Us little guys just need to have the same patience as the big boys!
