Barchart.com reports 3 different MACD parameters. Shorter-term 20/50 and 20/100 day MACD Oscillators are negative and so they are 'Sell'. The longer-term 50/100 day MACD Oscillator is positive, and thus a 'Buy'.

Perhaps the major consideration is that the big drop in price from $25 to $22 was 19 days ago. (I counted that on the chart.) When that day goes out of the 20-day computation, we might expect improvement in the interpretation.

Separately, I looked at Clearstation's MACD chart. Though the 'fast line' is above the 'slow signal' and both trend upward, they are both below a zero-line and, therefore, Clearstation continues to call PSUN as in a downtrend.

Market Edge's "Daily Second Opinion" calls the MACD this way:
"Moving Average Convergence/Divergence (MACD) indicates a BEARISH TREND", but adds: "Chart pattern indicates a POSSIBLE TREND REVERSAL."

So it looks that your MACD interpretation is a bit ahead of the game, but in the right direction.
