I suggest you go though the information site more carefully.

1. Do you know of any encryption technologies where only one party is required to have the software? (If that is true, it can't be very secure!)
2. Plug-ins are available for all MIME-compliant e-mail clients including MS Outlook.
3. You can use Lotus Notes, MS Outlook, Eudora, and even Hotmail with Zixmail. They didn't mention AOL, but I don't believe many large corporations rely on AOL for e-mail.
4. You don't want a pass key? I guess anyone walking past your office can use your computer to send e-mails in your name. You better not put it on your laptop either just in case someone steals it. Duh!
5. Only that it is 1024-bit strong as compared to 128 bit in all other products. This is the only product of greater than 64-bit encryption with an export license. Even my MS Explorer browser only has 64-bit encryption because I live outside the US.
6. You should put your money where your mouth is and short some more. My cost basis is 12.
