I have the same terrible experience today (stupid me, I should have left Fidelity earlier). A sell order on EELN took 7 minutes to execute, and the price dropped from 50 to 36 during that time. The trade alone costed me over $7000! I called at least 5 times trying to get the trade adjusted. They told me there is nothing they can do, they blamed the market maker, and all called it a good fill. One Fido rep even lied to me saying that my account will be adjusted just so he can get me off the phone with him. I am fed up with these bastards. I am leaving Fidelity and filing a compliant with the SEC.
