Actually I think that CCUR is going into the Russell 2000 for the first time.

From what I posted to you before: "Russell 3000® Index measures the performance of the 3,000 largest US companies based on total market capitalization, which represents approximately 98% of the investable US equity market. As of the latest reconstitution, the average market capitalization was approximately $3.7 billion; the median market capitalization was approximately $793.3 million. The index had a total market capitalization range of approximately $271.6 billion to $221.9 million."

Thus, given CCUR's market cap as of yesterday was a little over $285 million, I would say they have just cleared the bar into the over $221.9 million bottom threshold. Previously, they were not in the Russell 3000 (meaning neither the 1000 nor the 2000) at all.
