Sounds to me that reading between the lines of that statement>>"without regard for speed"<< could only mean exactly as you allude to.On a personal note we here in Oklahoma City have had outages for the past 4 days due to @Homes lousy equipment.I've had connectivity problems for the past 6 weeks.They changed my modem last week and are coming this afternoon to run a new cable.If that doesn't solve the problem I guess I'll have to trade speed for connection.
