1.Why is it difficult to use? The software scans your address book and tells you which of your contacts also use Zix. It generates a unique private key that only works with your signature line. As far as I can see, the only extra step when composing or reading an e-mail is in having to enter you signature line. Everything else is done automatically.

2. I use Linux but I use Windows NT for e-mail etc. I guess they will not be missing too many customers with just a Windows version.

3. Zixmail works with Hotmail. Sure you cannot use Zix on someone else's computer. Neither would I want to send or receive sensitive information using someone else's computer. The whole point is, you can stil use your regular e-mail systems as before, but you now have an option to send and receive extra-secure e-mails.

5. Do you have additional technical information on their technology? Any info will be much appreciated.
