We've been over this many times. Fowler has stated to Geo and myself years ago that employees sell their options etc as their salaries are not that great. Options are a part of their pay and many people including himself sell stock for living expenses such as college etc.

Also many of the listed transactions have never taken place. With the purchase of IDT it gives these employees a chance to finally sell some stock also. It may have been one of the selling points to merge with IDX.
