I suppose JNNE's aim is to make the site as near perfect as possible if only to deflect contrarian daggers, one of which you just drove through poor ole Jenny's heart. And I quote:

"Of course, JNNE may be a bit optimistic that their shopping site will really draw that many people."

Ouch...Care to elaborate?

Sagaloo,
Don't you think you're being a bit melodramatic? I'm not hurling any daggers. A comparison has been made in the past between Go-online and EBAY. No way will Go-online even begin to approach EBAY's level of traffic. But lets forget about EBAY and just look at our shopping site. Bottom line: why will people go? Forget streaming video about coffee pots. Forget about the fact that we as shareholders would dearly love for it to flourish. Why will the man on the street even bother to check it out? Unless Joe has some great gimmick up his sleeve (kiosk advertisements???), I just don't see it. I shop a few online sites---Ebay, Pricewatch, Amazon---but there are thousands of others that I don't. It's easy for an online retailer to get lost out there. So far, I don't see anything to distinguish Go-online from the pack. But I'm definitely hoping that Joe has a pleasant surprise for me....

Oh, one thing that would make me really happy would be to see Go-online's web address appear at the bottom of my TV screen during those late-night infomercials. That would bring the night owls in.
