John, you are not missing anything, that was the news release, but you must look at the actual numbers, their cash flow was negative the "profit" was from putting a division in bankruptcy and taking a "credit" of some $4 MM if memory serves. This was "cancelation" of part of the debt of that bankrupt company (which I am not sure if the courts have approved yet and it may still come back and be reversed, but who knows).
