Haddington International Resources Ltd - Haddinton Resources private placement Haddington International Resources Ltd HDN Shares issued 1,462,111 1999-06-29 close $0.25 Wednesday Jun 30 1999 Mr. John Tarrant reports Haddington Resources has agreed to a private placement of 1,333,333 units at 15 cents per unit to raise proceeds of two-hundred thousand dollars. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant which is exercisable at 15 cents per share in the first year and 20 cents in the second year. The proceeds of the private placement will be used to provide additional working capital. The private placement is subject to Vancouver Stock Exchange, approval.
