I've been doing a little digging/asking around on GEI, it transpires
that the way it will all work is:

Commodore will establish two new LLC's, one CGES will take the assests of CASI and the SET group, the other CGEG will take the
current contract to aquire GEI.

I gather they are expecting the GEI group (CGEG) to make 6mm profit in FY2000!!! not bad! and CGES (CASI + SET Group) $2mm!! All this
before any futher contribution that the third LLC (Teledyne-Commodore) may or may not make if it gets the Chem Demil work.

I know extra stock was/is being issued for the GEI aquisition, but
even without doing the sums, 8mm profit should establish a fairly
healthy stock price!

Don't ask me my sources as you may be offended by my answer! ;)
