Hi CH4,

Some of the money lost due to a decrease in taxes will be made up. Considering our government funds our health care system a cleaner environment would result is less illnesses.

I guess they other thing they could do is increase petroleum taxes.

I don't know about you but have have noticed a dramatic difference in air quality over the past 20 years.

The bottom line is that we have to do something soon to clean up.
