Mike,recommend you get a copy of Michael Murphy's California Technology newsletter.Covers gamut of tech and biotech firms.More importantly with sample they include detailed booklet on how to evaluate tech stocks that have no earnings.He looks at R@D spending as a factor of future growth.If you give them a call and ask for an evaluation copy the will include this. I also believe he may cover ISIS.You can find him all over the Net.
