Lance, You said... "the 2 million dollars,gets lots of laughs about money sitting in escrow for a purchase...sort of gone..." Actually, the SEC filing says that only $725,000 of the $2 million is in escrow. The remaining amount of $1,292,373 is in cash. sec.gov It also says that "the Company pending a determination of whether to engage in a follow-on transaction." Also... According to the SEC filings, the Company says they are looking for another business opportunity to bring into this shell corporation. The Company believes that the combination of cash on hand (about $2 million including the escrow balance) and net operating loss carry-forwards ($16.7 million) make it attractive to potential partners. sec.gov
