yes,the info you are referring to was from their sept 98 filing ... money they had-correct... also follow up transaction-that is why i called, to see how they are progressing...basically are in the same position he was in march as he is now,except he had to leave 3m and get another job that is taking more of his time.. and yes-roger is the only one involved these days..
