Large format etchers, CVD chambers, mask aligners could all be big hits regardless of which technology wins. Some of raw materials could be valuable as well: Large flat pieces of glass are critical. Thin film phosphors may be important, as well as the polymers and spacers used in LCDs and other displays. Anyone know who is providing these equipment and materials? -bob mackey
