Clarification on how the Engage IPO will be filled

Much earlier in this thread someone mention that cmgi shareholders
would be lucky to get 5 shares for each 100 cmgi they hold and this struck me as odd.

Its my understanding (from what I've read at Wit's site) that

(1) Its irrelevant how many shares of cmgi you hold - as long
as you have 100 shares you are of equal standing to participate in the ipo and can request up to the maximum num of shares (500).

(2) They are going to use a lottery system to determine who gets
shares. Thus we are all not going to end up with a small (5)
number of shares, instead, a random few will end up gettign the
amount they request (e.g. 100-500 shares) and the rest will get nothing.

Can anyone confirm or deny this?
