Chad, Don't despair. I joined MG about 6+ months ago a and was asking the thread the same questions. It takes time. Read all you can from TA books and the thread, especially the newsletters. Your instinct will start to hone in on the moving stocks as your confidence boosts. It doesn't take a year to learn. In the past 9 months I have more than quadrupled my portfolio and I am a full time mom with two kids under three years of age and a budding entrepreneur who has moved twice and bought a house at the same time. As my children's book says "YOU CAN DO IT, RABBIT!" we were all in your shoes, and some days still are! Bridgette
