Jeffrey, Here's what I know: 1) They recently sold Ampsco Corp (a subsidiary). The sell eliminate an ongoing LOSS. 2) Coloray, another subsidiary, formed a consortium with SRI. This reduces SCRH's capital cost for R&D to further FED technology development. 3) The CEO resigned. I'm not sure what to think of this company. Maybe they are preparing for a buy out(??)
