SYCR had one run to about .22 earlier in the year. It is not ready to run yet and doesn't even appear to be under accumulation. The current price has been it's base or bottom for quite some time and it probably will not move up without a news release from the company. Except for the current share structure, I probably know this POS better than most others. I check the T & S logs each day for those on my watch list for signs of accumulation since I like to quietly find them at the bottom before they are noticed. I got into ARET at .008 and did well although I was long gone before it hit .15.
