Yes, I remember reading something about it but can't find any reference to it now, although I'm still looking. (What got me interested in AMKR is their license for package technology with LSI Logic.)

With regard to Rambus, does anyone on this board know who Amkor buys their testers from? No problem if not as I will also continue to look for this information myself.
