In a role reversal, let me say that I think iNexTV will need to mature a bit and get some revenues prior to being an IPO candidate. I still think that the best IPO candidate would be Reiter. They don't want it anyway, so take a majority interest, and then sell it. They raise some cash, and postpone the need to IPO any of the critical parts. And since Reiter gets rich in the process, he probably won't care either.
