Chris, I just listened to conference call. My take is tlab made purchase because of technology. No appreciable earnings dilution expected. Will be accounted for under pooling of interest method. Brick said not to revise estimates because other business so strong even though 1 to two cent dilution expected this year. Expected sales of about 10 million this year and 50 million next year. Tlab seemed to think this gave them a better rounded product line that would handle data with lots of possible implications to future products. I encourage anyone with a better technical understanding to listen to the call and give us their comments.
