Does anyone know how the reconstitution of the Russell indexes that takes effect today works? Their site has a 6/25 preliminary listing of additions and deletions that are to take place after today. I guess only subscribers have access to the final list and the actual percentages for the re-balanced index. Have the funds which are keyed to the Russell indexes been adding and deleting going into today or does the fund rebalancing take place at the end of today / early tomorrow?
