*Funny side note: My grandfather's business on Wall Street was wiped out in 1929. A broker landed right on his pushcart.*

Interesting in that reports of that period attribute this sort of demise to ~12 people. (no, I do not currently have the reports)

I bet it was not so funny for the broker's family. Come on, if your story is true someone's husband/father/brother/grandfather/son/nephew died that day.

THAT IS NO LAUGHING MATTER.
