No courtesy copy of their press release here... +++++++++ Wednesday June 30, 5:26 am Eastern Time Esec, Kulickeset wire bonder deal CHAM, Switzerland, June 30 (Reuters) - Swiss semiconductor equipment group Esec Holding AG said on Wednesday it had agreed with U.S.-based rival Kulicke & Soffa Industries Inc to integrate some of their products. The accord calls for integrating the K&S 8020 ball bonder platform into the ESEC Autoline system, Esec said. ''The two companies will join fordes in this integration project in order to meet a growing number of customer requests for optimal solutions in automation and factory integration,'' Esec said in a statement.
