PAY POP PRESIDENT FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES

WASHINGTON, DC, Jun. 29, 1999 (States via COMTEX) -- Daryl G. Desjardins, president, Pay Pop Inc. in Aldergrove, Canada, reported on June 17, 1999, the proposed sale of 375,000 shares on June 14, 1999, for $112,500 through Pacific International Securities Inc.

Daryl has been selling 144 shares every 2 to 3 weeks since April 29.
I would not be surprised if some of the selling of yesterday in the 20s was him. I have been thinking about buying payp under 20 cents for a while now, but these insider sellings make me very unease. Also one can not get the true shares outstanding from the Transfer Agent, if you get through to talk to him. PAYP could be a great investment but what I see so far makes me very nervous.

Just MHO.
