Yes, well...from what I gather of your methods of "groveling", I expect that both you and your wife have a really good time of it! Are you not the gentleman who is always wrong? :)

But seriously, yes, it's always heartening to learn firsthand that at least sometimes, the system DOES work! I have an attorney friend who practices in NYC and with whom I've authored legal/medical literature for BU, and after handling the matter entirely on my own, I shared with him my legal/court experience; he was amazed and said that no attorney could have handled it better! Yet still I shudder in remembrance of those two attorneys and in front of a panel of attorneys!
