RESTON, Va., June 30 /PRNewswire/ -- TV onthe WEB, the first interactive, community-based television network on the Web and a strategic partner of Ampex Corporation (Amex: AXC), the National Albanian American Council, and the Kosova Relief Fund, today announced that they will produce a LIVE humanitarian video webcast from the Kosova Relief Dinner on July 22nd, commencing at 6:30pm ET, from the Grand Hyatt Hotel Washington D.C, to raise funds for the victims of Kosova. The live webcast will occur at www.tvontheweb.com. PSINet Inc. (NYSE: PSIX), an exclusive strategic partner of TV onthe WEB, will donate network support for this event.
A special LIVE webcast Press Conference on Friday, July 2nd at 2:30 pm ET will address the details of the July 22nd event. This is a groundbreaking way of promoting an important humanitarian fundraising event. Donations will be taken over the Internet for the Kosova Relief Fund.

Although the bombing has stopped, the pain and suffering of the Kosova people will go on for many years to come. With the onslaught of winter just a few months away, they have no homes, no heat, no food and none of the basic necessities of life.
Women and children remain the main victims of this tragedy. There are tens of thousands of children left homeless and fatherless by this senseless killing. Ilir Zherka, Executive Director of the National Albanian American Council, will announce a Child to Child Campaign, called 'Beanie Babies for the Children of Kosava', in which they will ask each American child to send a Beanie Baby with a note to comfort a Kosova child.
The Council is urging every American child to join in this campaign to show the Kosovars and the world that we care.
