You the man, you did bring this up first. One of the many reasons I respect your judgement and feel your pain.

I do think that unless the company can show a breakeven with either Q4 or Q1 the auditors have a strong case as a going concern review will typically look strongly at the next 12 months and will consider a 24 month window. With the net liquidity of $600K at 12/31 we have had 6 months to burn into that cash resource, has the loan been called by the banker? Etc, etc.

The auditors start to get nervous at these times and want to CYA. With the Informix settlement being so fresh in the accountants minds they are going to be gunshy....
