Box 357 Minneapolis, Minnesota 55402 iaifunds.com - Holds 48.7% of common shares and 43.5% Preferred FBL Investment Advisory Services 5400 University Avenue West Des Moines, Iowa 50266 - Holds 17.4% Preferred Edgewater Private Equity Fund 666 Grand Avenue, Suite 200 Des Moines, Iowa 50309 - Holds 31.7% of common shares and 17.4% Preferred (I wonder if Mr Pappajohn's common share holdings may also be part of some or all of the other organizations listed above. If that's the case, his holdings may also be included in their totals, thus accounting for the common share percentages combined totaling over 100%.) Incidentally, here's another interesting name that owns common shares of PCES...
