Ted, each morning I research several publications arond the world for any new information on HGRM. I just happened to run across the Moscow Times article in the same fashion as many other more positive tidbits I've passed on to the thread. I do a tremendous amount of DD. Sometime I speak to Debi or Kevin if I'm lucky as do many others.
Speaking of which, I do remember Kevin talking of hopeful financing. I don't know if this is part of the OPIC negotiations or something else. Most of what he says usually ends with, "...but I'm not able to go into that any further right now." He's very adept at drawing lines in the proper places. Believe me, nothing ever slips out.
Doesn't this thing kick off July 1st? That, I guess would be the deadline for any more last minute maneuvering by questionable elements of the Russian government. Anyhow, I believe the Duma is headed for vacation now so we should be in good shape.
And I believe Jim is correct. Sooner or later, the government will stand up to the corruption in the vodka business and bring it back into compliance.
Finally, I can only trust Kevin to make the right strategic moves at what he considers the proper times. There is, of course, impatience on all sides. How news of the audit, financing, payments, NASDAQ all come together is not my concern if the overall purpose is to enhance our positions and bring further development and success to HGRM.
